Every order

What happens when an order comes in

Once you're live, this is the whole flow. No tablets from three different apps.

  1. Step 1

    A customer orders

    From your link, your Google listing, a QR code or a bag card. They choose pickup or delivery and pay by card.

  2. Step 2

    You get the order

    It appears on your live order screen with a loud alert, by text and email, and in your Square or Clover POS.

  3. Step 3

    You make it

    Tap to accept, then mark it ready. The customer gets a text when it's ready for pickup or out for delivery.

  4. Step 4

    You keep the money

    The payment is already in your Stripe account, minus only Stripe's normal card fee. No commission.

Do I need any new hardware?

No. If you use Square or Clover, orders go straight into it. Otherwise the live order screen runs in a web browser on any tablet or computer you already have.

Can I change my menu after launch?

Yes. Tell us what to change and we'll update it for you.

What if I need help on a busy Friday night?

Call or text us. We're a local Edmonton team and you'll reach a real person who knows your setup.

How do I get my regulars to order direct?

We give you QR codes and bag cards to put in every delivery app order, plus your link for Google, Instagram and your website. Regulars switch quickly once they know.
