Commission and per-order fees for you

We never take a percentage of your sales. Customers pay a 2% customer service fee on their food, shown as its own line before they pay.
Card processing
Stripe's standard rate
Your normal card fee, charged by Stripe on each payment, just like any card terminal. It goes to Stripe, not us.
Delivery
Per delivery
Uber Direct charges a per-delivery cost based on distance. You can have the customer cover it as a delivery fee.

Are there any per-order fees or commissions?
No commission and no per-order fees for you: you pay $250 a month (+$129/month per extra location) and keep 100% of your food sales. Your customers pay a 2% customer service fee on their food, shown as its own line before they pay. It's never charged on tax, tips or delivery fees.
What about credit card processing fees?
Card payments are processed by Stripe in your own Stripe account, so you pay Stripe's standard processing rate on each payment, the same kind of fee you already pay on your card terminal. Intra Order doesn't add anything on top. You can see Stripe's current Canadian rates on stripe.com/en-ca/pricing.
Who pays for delivery?
Each delivery is done by an on-demand driver through Uber Direct, which charges a per-delivery cost based on distance. You choose how to handle it: most restaurants pass it on to the customer as a delivery fee, or you can cover some or all of it yourself.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Done-for-you setup, in person, is included in your monthly price.
What happens after the free trial?
You're billed $250 CAD a month for your first location ($129 for each extra location), plus GST, or yearly with 2 months free. If you decide it's not for you, cancel before the 30-day trial ends and you won't pay anything.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. It's month-to-month.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes, payments go to your own Stripe account so the money is always yours. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you open one during setup. It's free to create.
